Space #79 June 7 - Raku Day at The Fine Line Creative Arts Center - St. Charles, IL 9:00 - 3:00p.m.Raku day is a chance for you to create your own raku fired pottery. Pieces will be available to purchase and for you to glaze. Then the potters at The Fine Line will do the raku firing..it's amazing what can happen. Also going on are demonstrations of the other departments including basketry, weaving, spinning, kumihimo(Japanese braiding) as well many more. I will be there demonstrating the art of kumihimo which is Japanese braiding using from 8 to 48 bobbins. The Fine Line is located at 6N158 Crane Road.
